After calling peppers mill , I can assure you I won’t be going there. I called after reading their website and the feed they have and they were a waste of my time. I was. Looking to have a feed mix of wheat, soybeans etc for my fancy breed pigeons.and of course it’s something they can’t do but their website says different. There’s lots of pigeon breeders around and they have to travel great distances to get feed . I guess I’ll be one of them.

I placed an order for delivery for the first time with this company, they cannot deliver in the rain which I completely understand. I spoke with the lady and asked when could they deliver, she checked came back and said they couldn’t deliver until it quit raining. I said it was supposed to rain for several more days so did that mean they couldn’t deliver for several days or does that mean they would deliver at some point when the rain let up on any day. She said it depends on where you’re located, I stated my location, she said I don’t do delivery so I don’t know. She was very rude and unprofessional as if I was inconveniencing her time by asking questions. I simply did not know their normal process. After hanging up, I just decided to call back and cancel because I was not okay with the way she spoke to me. When I called back a gentleman answered and I said I wanted to cancel my order, he asked any reason why, I said because of the way I was talked to, he said alrighty and literally hung up on me!!! He didn’t ask if there was anything they could do to make it right or anything, just hung up on me! Not even giving me time to say thank you or anything. I don’t normally write reviews

They always have everything I need at a good price. The service is always excellent. I highly recommend Peppers Mill.

Great product and amazing prices. I use to have it 5 stars because i had a great first experience with them, but the last few times i have been there its been off. The attitude with some of these employees is getting ridiculous, especially when ive always been nice and respectful to them every single time i come in. I dont get it. And u hear them saying crap about u when u walk in ,but I just pretend I didnt hear them. I will continue to get my feed from here . But the attitude needs to change. I even sent a good few of my friends here for feed ,and they said the same thing.

I especially appreciate that I can call and tell you what meds my husband needs to pick up! Everyone there is always so pleasant and helpful.
